Ken brings a “ring the bell” mentality to B2B marketing that is needed in today’s measure-everything world. His early career in technology and enterprise sales has led him to continually innovate at the intersection of high-tech and marketing, helping his clients succeed on the Web and during the sales call.

As an early adopter of inbound marketing (long before the term was coined), he introduced blogging, analytics, pay-for-performance and Web content management to a wide range of B2B financial services, professional services and high tech clients.

More than two decades of experience in advertising, public relations and marketing for clients from pre-launch to Global 50 in size – have helped Ken to emerge as a recognized expert in the art and science of B2B marketing. As president of Austin Lawrence Group (ALG), he repositioned the boutique agency from traditional integrated marketing communications to one that provides services focused on driving opportunity via the Web; strategy consulting, inbound marketing and creative implementation.

Ken has a BS in Marketing and MIS from Syracuse University.

Keith Reynolds

Keith is a twenty-year technology industry veteran. He is responsible for taking Austin Lawrence's growing HubSpot partnership to the next level. The core of his effort is to build a practice focused on the discipline of Inbound Marketing (both an art and a science) and provide strategic guidance for clients.

He is a technology marketing and business development professional with both large and small companies and has launched several start-up technology businesses. His experience lies in analyzing, creating and managing business development strategies for B2B and B2C technology firms, including IBM and Apple. His experience spans sales, strategic analysis and planning; company, brand and product management; public relations, business capitalization to help companies grow and increase profitability. In addition, he has deep expertise in the application of Internet and software technologies to marketing problems.

Keith holds a MS in Justice and Security from University of Phoenix and a BS degree from Southern Illinois University. He completed IBM’s Advanced Business Institute’s rigorous Financial Management and President’s Class training programs, which concentrated on teaching C-Level strategic and financial decision-making to sales and marketing professionals.

Suzanne Marsalisi

Suzanne oversees project management and process improvement at Austin Lawrence, leveraging the skills she developed over five years in public accounting. In addition to managing the agency’s service delivery model, she creates content and analyzes reporting to lend strategic insight to campaign development. Suzanne is actively involved in her community and has lent her marketing and communications skills to various not-for-profit organizations and political campaigns. She holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a certified public accountant in the state of New York State. She is an avid traveler.


Muhammad Farooq

Senior Software Engineer

Farooq is a senior software engineer with extensive development experience and programming skills at Austin Lawrence Group.

Farooq is expert in different web technologies and he is responsible for the web application design & development plus web sites, blogs, CRM and web server management for the company since 2011.

In his career with Austin Lawrence Group he performs well in different projects, he developed number of different Joomla extensions and his best work was “Joomla & Sugar CRM Integration”. He knows how to use technology with Inbound Marketing strategies to boost up the business performance.

Farooq holds a BS with honors in Information Technology from the Virtual University, Pakistan.

Nat is a combination of art and science — he has a way of combining the emotional side to creativity with a logical approach to design. Nat brings over 20 years of corporate marketing & communications knowledge with multimedia experience including print, web, information design, social media, editing and graphical representation of complex ideas.

His knowledge allows him to approach each new project with a strategic outlook that creates a unique visual dialogue between the client, their brand and their audiences.

Nat has worked on diverse branding, collateral, web and software projects for companies including Aetna, Celera Genomics, Gartner Group, IBM, Oxford Health Plans, and Pratt & Whitney. His work has been featured in Communications Arts. Nat is also actively involved in his local art community as a photographer and painter.

Ellie Becker is a senior consultant at Austin Lawrence and founder and president of E.R. Becker Company, Inc., a collaborative consultancy specializing in Inbound Marketing. An early adopter of Inbound, she’s been a partner of HubSpot, the leading inbound marketing software company, since 2010.

Ellie achieves client success through deep dive communications strategy and persona-specific content creation (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, video, photos, etc). She designs campaigns encompassing the entire inbound marketing process, including on-boarding, personas, keyword strategy, SEO, social media programs, lead nurturing campaigns, analytics and all other pieces of the Inbound Marketing puzzle.

Rich’s career includes innovative sales and marketing achievements that reflect the internet’s impact on commerce and analytics, eMarketing, sales management, product development, and distribution channel management.

He has established a record of hands-on leadership, business results, and team building skills at the national and international levels. Rich brings a track record of success and advancement from IBM. He developed and executed ground-breaking eCommerce and merchandising strategies to grow global on-line revenue for an evolving mix of IBM Global Services, Software and Hardware.

He joined SAP in 2009 to spearhead the business plan development and implementation to drive web commerce and increase the conversion rate for the company’s product and services portfolio. Scope included international sales, marketing, analytics and technology teams.

He has written extensively about effective marketing in 3-tier distribution systems, based on his work for Pepsi-Cola, Smirnoff, Colgate-Palmolive, Guinness, Whitbread NA, Ciba-Geigy, British Airways, Hertz, and Ryder Trucks among others. Rich has a MBA from Syracuse University and BA from Hobart College.
